My Grandmother taught me this recipe and I have made it every year for Xmas and for special events. It always comes with a yummmm.

Ingredients

  • 2
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 pt
    heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 can(s)
    cherry pie filling (or your preference)

How to Make Cherry Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl add whipping cream, powder sugar and vanilla, whip until firm. In a separate medium bowl whip cream cheese until smooth. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese until blended. Place hafl of the mixture into each graham cracker pie crust, spoon half of cherry pie filling on top of each pie. Place in freezer until firm and easy to cut.
