Ingredients
- 2 - graham cracker pie crust
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling (or your preference)
How To Make cherry cheesecake

Step 1In a medium bowl add whipping cream, powder sugar and vanilla, whip until firm. In a separate medium bowl whip cream cheese until smooth. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese until blended. Place hafl of the mixture into each graham cracker pie crust, spoon half of cherry pie filling on top of each pie. Place in freezer until firm and easy to cut.
