Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
- 21 ounces cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons butter, cold
How To Make cherry cheese coffee cake

Step 1On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 13 x 9\" rectangle.

Step 2Place in prepared 13 x 9\" pan.

Step 3Cover and let rise double in size, 1 hour.

Step 4In a mixing bowl, combine cherry pie filling and raisins.

Step 5Spread evenly over dough.

Step 6In a another mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, milk, 2 tablespoons flour and almond extract.

Step 7Pour mixture over cherry mixture.

Step 8In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining flour and brown sugar.

Step 9Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 10Sprinkle mixture over cream cheese layer.

Step 11Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
