How to Make Cheesecake Trifle
- Cut cake into small chunks. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream 1/2 the way then add gelatin, continue beating until stiff. Blend cheese and whipped cream. In a trifle bowl layer cake pieces,cheese mixture and pie topping. Refrigerate.
