Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 stick melted butter
- FILLING:
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter in a bowl. Press dough into an ungreased 9x13 pan. bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 2Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth (with electric mixer). Add eggs and extract: beat well. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares.
