Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • FILLING:
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make cheesecake bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter in a bowl. Press dough into an ungreased 9x13 pan. bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Step 2
    Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth (with electric mixer). Add eggs and extract: beat well. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares.
