Ingredients

  • CRUST:

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 stick
    melted butter
  • FILLING:

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Cheesecake Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter in a bowl. Press dough into an ungreased 9x13 pan. bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth (with electric mixer). Add eggs and extract: beat well. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares.
