Ingredients
- CRUST
- 2/3 cup margarine, softened
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- FILLING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature (8 ounces each)
- 2 - eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make cheesecake bars

Step 1Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cream margarine and sugar.

Step 3Add flour and nuts. Mix. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press remainder into bottom of pan. Bake 12-15 minutes.

Step 4Blend sugar with cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, milk,lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat well.

Step 5Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

Step 6Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.
