my mom has been making this for years and its so good one of the best cheesecakes i've had and everyone whos ever had it when i made it wanted to know how to make it

Ingredients

8 ounces whip cream
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make cheesecake

Step 1

in a large bowl mix the cream cheese for 2 mins

Step 2

add in the sour cream mix for another 2 mins add in sugar and vanilla while mixing
Step 3

fold in the whip cream by hand otherwise you will get lumps
Step 4

put the mix in the pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours and serve ...can also be used for a fruit dip and you can also add strawberrys or strawberry glaze before you put it in the refrigerator
