Ingredients
- 8 ounces whip cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make cheesecake

Step 1in a large bowl mix the cream cheese for 2 mins

Step 2add in the sour cream mix for another 2 mins add in sugar and vanilla while mixing

Step 3fold in the whip cream by hand otherwise you will get lumps

Step 4put the mix in the pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours and serve ...can also be used for a fruit dip and you can also add strawberrys or strawberry glaze before you put it in the refrigerator
