Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- FILLING
- 19 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 3 - large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make kat's cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Stir graham cracker crumbs and sugar together add melted butter, press into spring form pan ( 8 or 9 inch) Bake 10 minutes remove from oven and let cool, reduce heat to 300.

Step 2Beat cream cheese in a large bowl, gradually add sugar, beat till fluffy, add vanilla and lemon zest, mix, add eggs one at a time beating well after each one, pour onto crust and bake for 1 hour or until center is firm, ( i took mine out at 54 minutes)Cool to room temp then chill for 3 hours, add topping if you want
