Ingredients
- CRUST INGREDIENTS
- 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs, well beaten
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make cheese cake

Step 1Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom and sides of pan.

Step 2Beat cream cheese thoroughly; add sugar gradually; add eggs in thirds; add vanilla; pour into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 25 minutes; remove from oven and add topping.

Step 4To prepare topping, whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla, and pour over cake.

Step 5Continue baking at 500 for 5 minutes.

Step 6Important - chill at LEAST 24 hours.
