20graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cbutter, margarine, melted
8 ozcream cheese
1 smallpkg cool whip
1 can(s)cherry pie filling (blueberry will also work)
How to Make Cheese and Cherry Dessert
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine 1st 3 ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into 11x13 baking dish. Pat down evenly. Bake for 18 min. Remove and cool completely.
- Combine cream cheese and milk and beat until smooth.
- Add: the 1 cup sugar. Beat well. Set aside.
- Fold cool whip into cream cheese mix. Spread evenly over crust completely covering. Spread pie filling evenly over top and chill several hrs before serving. Keep leftovers chilled.
