Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 cups carrots grated
- 3/4 cup nuts chopped
- 1 - cream cheese 8 oz.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
How To Make carrot sheet cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x9x5 sheet pan.

Step 2Beat eggs and sugar, stir in oil. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. Add nuts and carrots.

Step 3Pour into sheet pan and bake 35-45 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

Step 4Cream Cheese Frosting: Mix Cream Cheese, butter and powdered sugar with mixer until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
