How to Make Carrot Sheet Cake
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x9x5 sheet pan.
2Beat eggs and sugar, stir in oil. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. Add nuts and carrots.
3Pour into sheet pan and bake 35-45 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
4Cream Cheese Frosting:
Mix Cream Cheese, butter and powdered sugar with mixer until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
