baking soda
2 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
4 c
carrots grated
3/4 c
nuts chopped
cream cheese 8 oz.
1/2 c
1 lb
powdered sugar

How to Make Carrot Sheet Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x9x5 sheet pan.
  • 2Beat eggs and sugar, stir in oil. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. Add nuts and carrots.
  • 3Pour into sheet pan and bake 35-45 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
  • 4Cream Cheese Frosting:
    Mix Cream Cheese, butter and powdered sugar with mixer until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
