Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 can 20 oz can of crushed pineapple well drained
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make carrot pound cake

Step 1Combine eggs, sugar and oil in a large mixing bowl; beat well.

Step 2Gradually beat in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

Step 3Stir in carrots, nuts, pineapple and vanilla.

Step 4Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
