cake flour

grated carrots

(20 ounce) can crushed pineapple well drained

How to Make Carrot Pineapple Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine eggs sugar and oil and beat well. Sift flour soda salt & cinnamon; add to sugar mixture and beat well. Stir in carrots, pecans,pineapple & vanilla.
  • 2Pour into a greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan. and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr & 15 mins or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 mins. Remove from pan and let cool completely. Serve plain or with butter cream frosting, if desired.
