- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup liquid shortening
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 small jars baby food carrots (or 2 large)
- FROSTING:
- 4 teaspoons margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
