I love this easy recipe for almost candy bars, i have been making for years, and I make them all different ways. I decided to give a try with a boxed carrot cake. Delish and addicting! And so easy!!

1 - box carrot cake mix
1 - stick butter
2 cups vanilla or white chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 - 14oz can condensed milk

How To Make carrot cake candy bars

Step 1

Melt stick of butter, add box of carrot cake mix and press on bottom of square glass pan.

Step 2

Top crust with white chocolate chips, then raisins, then chopped nuts. Pour condensed milk over top. Bake at 350 for 25min. or until golden brown. Let cool, cut into bars.
