Ingredients
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- ICING
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 6 ounces cream cheese
How To Make carrot cake

Step 1Mix all the above ingredients together, except the ingredients for the icing.

Step 2Pour into a bundt pan or springform pan.

Step 3Bake at 350, for about 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 4Mix icing ingredients, and ice when cake is cooled.
