ICING (FOR A 3-LAYER CAKE- DOUBLE ICING)

1 pkgcream cheese

1 boxconfectioners sugar

1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Carrot Cake
- CAKE:
Blend Oil & Sugar
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition
Add Vanilla, Flour, Carrots & Pecans- Mix Well
Bake @ 350 degrees until done - Icing:
Mix together: Cream cheese (softened), Box Confectioners Sugar, Vanilla
