- 1 cup walnuts toasted
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple drained or applesauce
- 2 cups flour all purpose
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 11/2 cups sifted powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
