preheat oven 350 degrees. grease and flour a 13x9" pan or a tube pan, or two square pans
in a large bowl, combine flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,cinnamon,and sugar.
put a hole in the center of the dry ingredients and add:oil,pineapple juice,and unbeaten eggs. add crushed pineapple, carrots and walnuts and mix well bake 35 to 45 minutes
cream cheese frosting: mix together cream cheese,softened butter,vanilla and confectioners sugar until smooth. then ice cake when completely cooled. ( you may wish to reduce above amount slightly for a thinner icing)
