How to Make Carrot Cake
- 1mix the first 4 dry ingredients together in your mixer bowl,(I use the flat paddle attachment) then crack each egg in a separate bowl, and add one at a time, using slow speed. also add the oil and mix, then the carrots and beat all together for 3 minutes on medium speed.
- 2Spray a 13 X 9 inch glass pan, with pam spray (just the bottom not the sides). Then add the batter and bake at 350' for approx. 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Yummy
