- 3 cups shredded carrots and
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make carrot cake

Step 1Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes Use a 13 X 9-inch cake pan.

Step 2FROSTING: Combine 1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese with 1/4 lb. of butter, or margarine. Add;1 box of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. Frost cake and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans.
