I have never even tried this recipe but apparently it's really tasty though since I was asked to bring one to Phoenix from San Diego lol

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- GLAZE
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 clove cube butter
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- OR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make carrot cake

Step 1For the cake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Don't sift flour. Mix cake all cake ingredients in order. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" baking pan. Bake for about 50 minutes.

Step 2For the glaze, mix ingredients in pan, bring to boil, and cook for 5 minutes. Poke holes in cake with toothpick or fork and pour over cake while it's still hot.

Step 3For the cream cheese frosting, cream the ingredients together and spread over completely cooled cake.
