1 tspsalt

2 tspbaking soda

1 cchopped walnuts

2 cgrated carrots

3eggs
-
2 tspvanilla

2 cflour

2 tspcinnamon

1 small cancrushed pineapple
-
1 1/2 coil
- GLAZE
-
1 csugar
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspvinegar

1/2 clovecube butter
-
1 Tbspcorn syrup

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspvanilla extract
- OR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 stickbutter, softened

1 (8oz) pkgcream cheese

1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make carrot cake

1For the cake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Don't sift flour. Mix cake all cake ingredients in order. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" baking pan. Bake for about 50 minutes.

2For the glaze, mix ingredients in pan, bring to boil, and cook for 5 minutes. Poke holes in cake with toothpick or fork and pour over cake while it's still hot.

3For the cream cheese frosting, cream the ingredients together and spread over completely cooled cake.
