Ingredients
- 2 cups flour, all purpose
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3 - eggs
- 3 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 12 ounces powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon imitation vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons milk, 2%
How To Make spiced carrot cake

Step 1Prepare (flour & grease) a 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix well. In another bowl combine all the wet ingredients. Mix well with a mixer until creamy.

Step 3Combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well with mixer. Fold in the Carrots and walnuts. Add to prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 4While the cake is baking you can make the yummy frosting. Add all the frosting ingredients and mix with a mixer until fluffy. Frost cake after it cools.
