4 medium eggs
3 cups carrots, grated (shredded)
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make carrot cake

Step 1

Combine sugar,oil, eggs

Step 2

add carrots
Step 3

Mix in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda into mixture
Step 4

Stir well.
Step 5

Bake at 325 50-60 mins
