Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 cups course grated carrots
  • 2 2/3 cups oil
  • 4 - eggs beaten
  • 2 - chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 cups pineapple (crushed and drained)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make carrot cake

  • Step 1
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add carrots,oil,and egg.Mix well add other ingredients mix again
  • Step 2
    Fold into 9x13 cake pan Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
