- 4 cups sugar
- 6 cups flour

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 cups course grated carrots
- 2 2/3 cups oil
- 4 - eggs beaten
- 2 - chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 cups pineapple (crushed and drained)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make carrot cake

Step 1Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add carrots,oil,and egg.Mix well add other ingredients mix again

Step 2Fold into 9x13 cake pan Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
