Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 small can crushed pineapple,drained
- 4 - eggs,beaten
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups carrots,grated
- ICING:
- 1 stick butter,softened
- 1 - 8 ounce pkg.cream cheese,softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
How To Make carrot cake

Step 1Blend cake ingredients,bake in 3 round greased and floured cake pans.Bake at 350 degrees.cake is done when it releases from the sides of pan.

Step 2Icing:cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.Slowly blend in powdered sugar,then add vanilla,then pecans.
