Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 small
    can crushed pineapple,drained
  • 4
    eggs,beaten
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    carrots,grated
  • ICING:

  • 1 stick
    butter,softened
  • 1
    8 ounce pkg.cream cheese,softened
  • 1 box
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Carrot Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend cake ingredients,bake in 3 round greased and floured cake pans.Bake at 350 degrees.cake is done when it releases from the sides of pan.
  2. Icing:cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.Slowly blend in powdered sugar,then add vanilla,then pecans.
