Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make carrot cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Grease and flour bundt pan or 2-9in rounds

Step 3Combine sugar and oil; add eggs, beat well.

Step 4Add flour with other dry ingredients.

Step 5Slowly mix in carrots and pecans.

Step 6Bake for 35 minutes or til done. (For bundt: cool for about 30 minutes and then turn upside down on a serving plate & cool completely)

Step 7Frost with your favorite Cream Cheese frosting

Step 8*Sometimes my mom would add raisins to the mix before pouring into pan
