- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots-packed
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple-drained
- 3/4 cup nuts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 - cube of butter
- 1 pound powered sugar
- 1 cup additional nuts
How To Make carrot cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.Mix together: flour, sugar,soda, salt, cinnamon, and oil.

Step 2Add eggs, carrots, pineapple and 3/4 cups nuts. Bake for 45 minutes.

Step 3While baking: mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar for frosting. Garnish with 1 cup of nuts.
