How to Make Carrot Brownies


  1. Melt butter and add sugar until well blended
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and sift onto wax paper
  3. beat eggs into butter mixture, blending well add flour mixture
  4. stir in carrots and walnuts
  5. preheated oven, 350 degrees.
  6. pour batter into two greased 8 x 8 baking pans
  7. bake 30 minutes. cool 10 minutes and remove from pans
  8. when cool ice with cream cheese frosting
