Ingredients
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup junior baby food carrots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans - optional
- FROSTING:
- 1 - 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese - softened
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make carrot bars

Step 1Mix together the EGGS, SUGAR AND OIL and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with electric mixer. Pour into a large greased/sprayed cookie sheet pan with 1" sides

Step 2Bake in a preheated oven set at 350 degrees F. for 25-35 minutes.Cool completely then Frost
