  • 3 jar(s)
    small jars baby food strained carrots
  • 2 c
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Carrot Bars


  1. Mix well. Spread on well greased cookie sheet (12 1/2 x 15 1/2"). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool.

    Frosting: 1 lb. box powdered sugar, 4 T. margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened. Beat together and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with one cup chopped nuts.
