Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups crisco oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 jars small jars baby food strained carrots
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make carrot bars

Step 1Mix well. Spread on well greased cookie sheet (12 1/2 x 15 1/2"). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool. Frosting: 1 lb. box powdered sugar, 4 T. margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened. Beat together and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with one cup chopped nuts.
