The basic Butterscotch Brownie, but surrounded by mounds of coconut, pecans and other surprises.

1 box
light brown sugar
3 c
self-rising flour
2 stick
margarine, melted
4 large
1 Tbsp
vanilla flavoring
1 c
chopped pecans
1 small
can coconut (about 1-3/4 cups)
1 large
package butterscotch chips
1 large
package chocolate chips


1Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a baking pan. You can use a 9 x 9, 8 x 8 or 13 x 9.
2Sift flour and brown sugar. Add margarine, eggs, vanilla, chopped nuts and coconut. Pour into prepared pan.
3Sprinkle chips all over the top of batter in pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly brown...DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool and cut into bars. Will be ooey, gooey, chewy and delicious.
