Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 slices angel food cake
- ice cream, fresh berries, and/or whipped cream

How To Make caramelized angel food cake

Step 1

In a bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Spread butter mixture over the top and sides of each cake slice.
Step 3

Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4-6 minutes from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until bubbly.
Step 4

Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream, berries and/or whipped cream.
