THEN PUT ON STOVE TOP AND BRING TO A SLOW BOIL AND COOK UNTIL THE CONSISTENCY OF CARAMEL BEGINS TO FOAM, THEN MIX IN PECANS AND THE POUR OVER TOP OF CAKE.
