Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- - dash of cloves
- 4 medium pears (2 cups) or one 16 oz can drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup boiling water
How To Make caramel pear pudding cake

Step 1In a large bowl stir together flour,sugar, baking powder , cinnamon, salt and cloves. Add milk and beat by hand until smooth.

Step 2stir in pears and nuts. Turn into ungreased 2 quart casserole.

Step 3In separate bowl combine brown sugar, butter and boiling water stir to mix. slowly and evenly pour over batter.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. server warm with Ice cream, whipped topping or plain
