How to Make Caramel pear pudding cake
1In a large bowl stir together flour,sugar, baking powder , cinnamon, salt and cloves.
Add milk and beat by hand until smooth.
2stir in pears and nuts. Turn into ungreased 2 quart casserole.
3In separate bowl combine brown sugar, butter and boiling water stir to mix. slowly and evenly pour over batter.
4Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. server warm with Ice cream, whipped topping or plain
