Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 6 tablespoons cold water
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make caramel fluff frosting

Step 1Combine all ingredients in top of double broiler

Step 2Beat constantly with hand mixer until mixture forms soft peaks

Step 3Will frost tops and sides of three eight inch layer cake or a 13 x 9 inch pan cake or 24 cup cakes
