- 1/4 cup white karo syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 25 - caramels
- 3 cups marshmallows
- 8 cups air popped popcorn

How To Make caramel corn cake

Step 1Melt all together pour mixture over 8 cups air popped popcorn. Stir in M & M's if desired. Press into bundt cake pan and flip out on plate. Enjoy.
