- BASE INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1.25 - flour
- BODY INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages cream cheese, 8 ounces each, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup apples, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
How To Make caramel-apple sundae cheesecake

Step 1BASE: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 2Blend in egg.

Step 3Add flour; mix well.

Step 4Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.

Step 5Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

Step 6BODY: Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.

Step 7Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Step 8Blend in sour cream.

Step 9Toss apples in remaining sugar and cinnamon.

Step 10Stir into cream cheese mixture.

Step 11Pour over crust.

Step 12Swirl 1/4 cup caramel topping into cream cheese mixture.

Step 14Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
