It just doesn't get any better than this. In keeping with the Harvest season, I created this decadent cake. Hope you enjoy the moist and wonderful flavors blended in to this wonderful dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 2 cups chopped pear
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 jar caramel ice cream sauce
How To Make caramel apple pear cake

Step 1Blend sugars, apples, pears and nuts in a large bowl. Add vanilla, eggs and oil. Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and allspice together and stir into apple/pear mixture. Grease and flour a 9x13" baking pan OR 2 loaf pans. Drizzle caramel ice cream sauce over the top of the unbaked cake. Bake for 1 hour in a preheated 325 degree oven After removing from oven and prior to cooling, drizzle an additional portion of the caramel sauce over the hot cakes. Serve with vanilla ice cream
