From smuckers site. These are delicious little biscuits! Very savory tasting.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup smuckers caramel topping
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 6 cups peeled, sliced granny smith apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 - 16,3 oz can pillsbury grands, flaky biscuits

How To Make caramel-apple biscuits

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 8 ramekins w/ cooking spray.In lg skillet, cook butter and caramel topping over med-high heat, stirring, until melted & bubbly.
  • Step 2
    Stir in brown sugar & apples. Cook about 15 min or until apples are tender. Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped pecans in each ramekin cup.Spoon 1/3 cup appl-caramel sauce over pecans.
  • Step 3
    Separate biscuits and stretch to fit over the cups.Place cups on a baking sheet. Bake about 18 min, or until golden brown. Place a plate over each cup and genttly turn up-side down, so that cake is on the plate. Serve warm.
