I got this recipe at a local apple festival a couple of years ago. Its just too easy and so good.

Ingredients

1 box (16 ounces) dry angel food cake mix
1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 cup caramel ice cream topping

How To Make caramel apple angel cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Stir together dry cake mix, apple pie filling, and apple pie spice. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool cake before cutting. Drizzle cake slices with caramel ice cream topping before serving.
