Cappucino Chocolate Cheesecake
chocolate wafers, crushed
light cream cheese (8 ounces)
cocoa, unsweetened, for garnish
How to Make Cappucino Chocolate Cheesecake
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Stir together wafer crumbs and cinnamon.
3Pat into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
4Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
5Beat in sugar and cocoa powder.
7Stir in 2 cups sour cream, coffee liqueur and vanilla.
9Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
10Spread remaining sour cream evenly over top.
11Return to oven 1 minute to glaze top.
12Cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly, covered.
13Remove from springform pan.
14Just before serving, dust top with cocoa powder.
