Ingredients
- 1.25 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package light cream cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon cocoa, unsweetened, for garnish
- 2.5 cups sour cream
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Stir together wafer crumbs and cinnamon.

Step 3Pat into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Step 4Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Step 5Beat in sugar and cocoa powder.

Step 6Beat in egg.

Step 7Stir in 2 cups sour cream, coffee liqueur and vanilla.

Step 8Turn into prepared pan.

Step 9Bake for 30 minutes or until set.

Step 10Spread remaining sour cream evenly over top.

Step 11Return to oven 1 minute to glaze top.

Step 12Cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly, covered.

Step 13Remove from springform pan.

Step 14Just before serving, dust top with cocoa powder.
