Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 package light cream cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa, unsweetened, for garnish
  • 2.5 cups sour cream
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make cappucino chocolate cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Stir together wafer crumbs and cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Pat into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Step 4
    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Step 5
    Beat in sugar and cocoa powder.
  • Step 6
    Beat in egg.
  • Step 7
    Stir in 2 cups sour cream, coffee liqueur and vanilla.
  • Step 8
    Turn into prepared pan.
  • Step 9
    Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Step 10
    Spread remaining sour cream evenly over top.
  • Step 11
    Return to oven 1 minute to glaze top.
  • Step 12
    Cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly, covered.
  • Step 13
    Remove from springform pan.
  • Step 14
    Just before serving, dust top with cocoa powder.
