Ingredients

3/4 ccake flour

1 1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 ccocoa powder

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/4 csugar

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 Tbspinstant coffee, decaffinated

1/2 tspsalt
-
6 Tbspbutter, softened
-
1 csour cream
-
1 chalf and half
-
2eggs
-
6 ozchocolate, bittersweet and finely chopped
How to Make Cappuccino Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill 12 large muffin cups with paper liners. Set pan aside.
Stir together flours, cocoa powder, sugars, baking powder and instant coffee powder.
In another bowl, beat butter, half and half, sour cream and eggs until smooth. - Fold dry ingredients and chocolate into egg cream mixture; mix lightly until just moistened.
Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full; bake at 350 degrees until tops are firm, about 15 minutes.
