Ingredients
- CRUST
- 6 - cinnamon graham crackers
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- CHEESECAKE FILLING
- 3 boxes cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
How To Make canoli cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees In a food processor put your 6 cinnamon graham crackers with 4 tbsp of sugar and process until fine crumbs.

Step 2While food processor is going put 1/2 stick of butter in microwave to melt.

Step 3Pour the graham cracker crumbs & sugar in to a bowl and add the butter and fork it until it's all combined.

Step 4I used a 9 inch round pan that I lined with foil. I packed the graham cracker crumbs in the pan.

Step 5For the filling put the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl and beat until creamy.

Step 6add the sugar, continue to beat.

Step 7add one egg at a time and beat until combined.

Step 8add second egg and beat until combined.

Step 9add 1/2 tsp vanilla and mix until creamy.

Step 10once its mixed well pour into the cake pan.

Step 11Sprinkle white and milk chocolate chips on top.

Step 12bake for 1 hour, 10 minutes

Step 13it will be jiggly but it should be perfectly set, once cooled. Let cool over night and remove from pan, slice and serve.
