This ia a Very Special Icing ... It is surprisingly light! Fast & Easy! I use a LARGE Hershey Bar.I have also made with the White Chocolate Bar and with the Chocolate Almond Bar, and a Clark Bar,they are all Great. Try a any Candy Bar you like ... Just make sure your candy is COLD before you grate or chop ... Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cool whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large chocolate candy bar (grated or chopped)

How To Make candy bar icing

  • Step 1
    Have cream cheese @ room temperature, beat until smooth,then add granulated sugar,mix well.
  • Step 2
    Gradually add powdered sugar,mix well, then add Cool Whip, again, mix well.
  • Step 3
    Fold in Grated or Chopped Candy bar. Keep refrigerated until ready to frost cake. Refrigerate leftover cake.
