This ia a Very Special Icing ... It is surprisingly light! Fast & Easy! I use a LARGE Hershey Bar.I have also made with the White Chocolate Bar and with the Chocolate Almond Bar, and a Clark Bar,they are all Great. Try a any Candy Bar you like ... Just make sure your candy is COLD before you grate or chop ... Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

12 oz
cool whip
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1 c
powdered sugar
1 large
chocolate candy bar (grated or chopped)

How to Make Candy Bar Icing

Step-by-Step

  • 1Have cream cheese @ room temperature, beat until smooth,then add granulated sugar,mix well.
  • 2Gradually add powdered sugar,mix well, then add Cool Whip, again, mix well.
  • 3Fold in Grated or Chopped Candy bar.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to frost cake.
    Refrigerate leftover cake.
