This cake is very easy and very yummy! I took it to work once and everyone loved it.

Ingredients

- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz pkg of softened cream cheese
- 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
- tub of cool whip
- pecans, in pieces, and coconut

How To Make call it what you want to cake

Step 1

Prepare & bake cake according to directions. Prepare pudding as directed on box,mix in mixer & add cream cheese untill smooth. Simmer pinapple with 1/2 cup of sugar,just until sugar is dissolved. When cake has cooled for about 5 min poke holes throughout the cake and then poor the pineapple mixture over cake. Cool cake then top with the pudding & cream cheese mixture. Spead coolwhip over cake & top with coconut & pecans.
