I don't know where my mom got this recipe, but I have been enjoying it for years.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced banana
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can 8 0z can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
How To Make cake that won't last

Step 1Beat the 3 eggs and mix with other ingredients in this order: flour, sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon, vanilla, oil, banana, pineapple, nuts.

Step 2Do not beat; mix by hand. Just stir till well blended.

Step 3Bak in 9X13 pan for 40 minutes at 350. Check if its done. May need another 5 minutes. Glaze with mix of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla
