When you want a cake or a quick dessert and you just don't want to heat up your oven. Grab your waffle iron. I used carrot cake for this but you can use any flavor cake mix ( or brand) that you want. So quick and easy.

1 box cake mix, any flavor

How To Make cake mix waffles

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together ( if batter is really thick just add a little more water)

Step 2

Cook in waffle iron the same as if you were cooking waffles.
Step 3

Drizzle your favorite icing over or dust with powdered sugar.
