I had never heard of these until I met my husband 10 wonderful years ago. My mother in law introduced them to me and our family absolutely loves them.

Ingredients
- 1 box any flavor cake mix
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
How To Make cake mix cookies

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2mix all ingredients together.

Step 3dump dough out onto wax paper and roll into a log.

Step 4cut dough into 24 slices

Step 5place slices onto greased baking sheet and press down (not to thin) bake for 15 minutes. remove and allow to cool. -
Step 6you may add nuts or chocolate chips depending on what flavor cake you use.
