Ingredients
- 6 - granny smith apples - med
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make cake mix apple crisp

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

Step 2Peel, core and slice the apples. Spread the apple evenly on the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour the melted butter over the top of the dry ingredients. Mix with a fork until it looks crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.

Step 4Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Topping should be a nice golden brown and the apples should be tender.

Step 5Serve Warm or Cooled.
