  • 4 cups all purpose flour (remove 2 tablespoons flour from each measured cup)
  • 8 tablespoons cornstarch

How To Make cake flour

  • Step 1
    Sift a measured cup(minus 2 tablespoons) of flour for each cup of cake flour you would like to blend. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch per each cup of flour. Sift finished measured product 2 times.
