This recipe allows you greatness of cake-flour along with the convenience, thriftiness and space-saving ability of being able to mix it yourself as needed. Hope this hint helps. Enjoy!

    all purpose flour (remove 2 tablespoons flour from each measured cup)
  • 8 Tbsp

How To Make

    Sift a measured cup(minus 2 tablespoons) of flour for each cup of cake flour you would like to blend. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch per each cup of flour. Sift finished measured product 2 times.
